Oliver Vogelmann- Kopf – Experience in association and social economy law since 1999

I would like to take this opportunity to briefly introduce myself to you so that you know who you are dealing with here.

After my successful studies and traineeship in Marburg, my professional career began in 1999 in the club and association sector. In the following 15 years I worked for the Paritätischen Wohlfahrtsverband Landesverband Thuringia eV.

There I had the important task of acting as a contract lawyer for advising and representing the association, its member organizations and the consulting subsidiary (organizational consulting). I grew up in this area when I was just starting out and have dedicated myself to this area with great passion ever since, for 25 years next year.

For family reasons, I moved back to Marburg in 2015, where I currently work as a lawyer specializing in association law and labor law. I also hold the position of full-time executive director of a social economy company.

My expertise lies in advising and representing associations and other social economy institutions in setting up companies, restructuring and in all aspects of day-to-day business.

It is a pleasure for me to share my many years of experience and knowledge with you and to work together on exciting topics relating to association law and the social economy.
